Associates has represented employers in all aspects of labor/management
relations. Employers have been represented at the bargaining table
in addition to being assisted in preparing for negotiations including
research and the preparation of proposals. Representation in collective
bargaining has included both the collaborative/interest based approach
in addition to the more common position based negotiations.
Woska
Associates has represented employers in negotiating agreements with
vendors concerning health and welfare benefits, insurance, workers'
compensation, and related matters. Workplace investigations are
performed with respect to employment issues.
Employers
are also represented in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including
arbitration, mediation, and fact-finding proceedings. Assistance
is provided in developing ADR procedures to resolve workplace disputes.
